Well...

I made it through today, and it seems noteworthy enough to justify a public declaration. Here's to the weekend coming! Also it is now one of my ambitions to visit Calico Ghost Town Regional Park. Who knew anywhere that close to Barstow, CA could yield such a delightful destination?

Today Whitney presented her UROP research at the Capitol today. As UROP is federally funded all the students presented the outcomes of their research to the lawmakers so they see how their money is being spent. She did a great job.

My Co-workers Are Not Very Nice to Each Other Sometimes...

lucky girl...no idea what she did to them (if anything). I think they just take turns. You must admit, they did an impressive job.

You can tell a lot about teenagers by their shoes...

So...the resident teenager of our house had some friends over last night. We surrendered the basement and then analyzed the shoes left by the door.

Well, rumor has it the UGG boots and the grey shoes held hands recently...question is WHAT were they doing when the took off their shoes?
Think these are his favorite shoes??? You can't see the backs, but they originally had backs. They've been completely flattened.
