Tie-Dye part 2

Lydia taught me to tie-dye!
Day 1 after the actual dying the dye did not was off, and I had black under and rimming all my fingernails, the dark stuff is henna paste.
All the stuff (the next day unwrapped, waiting to be rinsed)...we were really productive, definitely was ready to be done at the end. :)
This is not supposed to have orange on it, but I think it'll be ok anyway.

The start of the river Henry's Fork river that becomes one of the major sources of the Snake River. (It's one of the best trout fishing rivers in the world as the water is so pure as it is all ground water.)
If you look closely you can see lots of trout chillin' in the water.

The Johnny Sack cabin. He was a 4'11" German woodworker who built this cabin and later furniture for people (he started the cabin in the 1920's) he had a special way of treating the wood so the bark stayed on. The told us no one is sure how he did it, but they think it involved cutting the trees, burying them in the ground for a year, and some sort of liquid that included whiskey,...and a lot of other things I've forgotten.

Glacier - Day 2 -

MacDonald Lake

We went trail riding!OH CAAANNNNNAAAAADAAAAA! We went over the border into Canada and had dinner in a town inside their part of Glacier National Park.
There were all these cows just milling on the side of (and in the middle of) the road. Apparently it's wondering what we were doing there. The feeling was mutual.
